"I found myself in a place of darkness which ultimately led me to fully accepting and embracing my true self. Through my connection with you, God, I have gained a deeper understanding of who I am. By staying true to myself, I am able to awaken the divine spirit within my being.”

Every day presents a lesson to be learned, every moment offers an opportunity to do right by someone regardless of the challenges you may be facing. Your past experiences are not an excuse for projecting negativity onto others. Your past should not be used as justification for allowing mistreatment from anyone.

I draw from my personal experiences with genuine sincerity. I have overcome various challenges, but I firmly believe that the process of healing is continuous. The key is not to focus solely on healing, but to live in the present moment. Allow yourself to feel your emotions, identify what doesn't sit well with you, and take steps to address them. Our struggles are a natural part of who we are, and it is crucial to acknowledge them for personal development. Refusing to acknowledge our shadows means rejecting a part of ourselves.

We live in a world of duality for example

The concept of duality revolves around opposing forces. If women were to step into leadership roles where men were, it would represent a shift from the current norm. However, the ultimate goal is to strive for unity and balance, embodying qualities of unconditional love and peace akin to divine attributes, rather than dwelling on duality. Duality is a fundamental aspect of our world in three dimensions, which is not inherently negative. Emotions arise from duality, and as one surpasses the ego, emotional experiences may lessen. While completely eliminating emotions may be unlikely due to our humanity and lingering ego, achieving a state of inner peace becomes more feasible.

God does not experience duality as He does not inhabit a physical form, existing purely in the realm of spirit.

“On a specific day, I had an epiphany that taking responsibility for my actions and attitude was necessary. It dawned on me that my past should not be an excuse for allowing others, or even myself, to mistreat me. I acknowledged that I deserve to be surrounded by those who respect and appreciate me and that prioritizing my own happiness is completely acceptable.”
