If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We are open Monday to Friday 9: 19 AM to 9:19 PM

You have the right to return products you have directly bought from us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. 

All items have to be unused with labels and tags intact.


When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.


As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.


Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.


After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Certain items can take up to 30 days. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.

If you want to use your refund without waiting for us to process your return, you can select the Instant Refund option, if available. Instant refunds are issued to your credit card

Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
